Urban Sophistication Meets Mountain Chic
Modern doesn’t mean cold and sterile as is the case with this Lake Tahoe mountain modern dwelling. Using textures, plaids and other cozy elements, designer Jay Jeffers infuses each space with sophisticated choices that warm the space.
Case in point is this space under the main stairway. All that metal could impart a coldness. Adding the goatskin covered bar and cowhide rug, in addition to the plaid chair and boucle ottoman, warm the space up with touchable texture.
