A vacationing couple in Longboat Key, Florida, purchased a 1,900-square-foot, three-bedroom residence in the exclusive Longboat Key Club community. The property offers private beach access and close access to St. Armands Circle, Sarasota’s best shopping and dining options. St. Petersburg designer Chelsea Potthast was hired to oversee an interiors overhaul, aiming to elevate design and functionality while creating a sanctuary of tranquility and style.
