The tranquil color scheme is elevated by elegant gold accents incorporated through hardware and light fixtures, offering a refined counterpoint to the softer tones while complementing the warmth of rich wood finishes.
Awash in Blue Hues
Pamela Harvey of Pamela Harvey Interiors in Washington, D.C. was tasked to add charm and function to this newly built breakfast nook addition. The designer notes that their primary aim for this project was to achieve a serene and understated ambiance, seamlessly incorporating bursts of color and pattern in a manner that feels inherently neutral.
The design team infused a modern flair with the light fixtures, while maintaining a timeless and pristine design aesthetic throughout the house, especially in this casual dining space.
