This sitting room was designed by Nikki Holt from Kimberly Timmons Interiors in Castle Pines, Colorado. The goal was a transitional space with contemporary accents as a neutral backdrop to the architectural details of the home.

Featured in Colorado Homes & Lifestyles’ List of Fabulous Rooms, this seating grouping is ideal for quiet conversation over a late afternoon cocktail.
Traditional elements such as the chairs are blended with the more contemporary touches like the ottoman, sideboard bar and pendant lighting to created a calming space. Nothing detracts from the ceiling beams which are the main design features of the space. The pendant light draws your eye up to the main features in a dramatic way.
